On-site Services

Based on your desired wish of service level agreement, we offer a wide range of customer oriented service contracts.

Service Contracts

All our service contracts are applicable in case of defective hardware. If necessary an intervention can be planned: a certified field engineer is coming on-site to troubleshoot the defective server or storage device. Defective parts under warranty will be replaced by our engineers. This on-site service can only be bought together with assembled systems.
